A new Melee tier has just been reveled by the Smash Back Room.

It can have 2 threads, who cares? I somewhat agree with it, although I have my gripes with it.
1- There are only 4 tiers, and 8 characters are in top tier.
2- Falcon continues to be overused and is consequently still overrated. Same with Marth, IMO (my "hot-take"). People look through rose colored glasses on Marth because of how dominant he USED to be. Falcon and Marth are "cool," but they are not "top." I would knock Marth under Peach and Puff, possibly under a "freed" Icies. Falcon down to A tier.
3- Ice Climbers, are they "free?"

Well, it does exist, there's nothing you can do about it, so it mind as well be used. My opinion on Falcon is my more serious opinion of the two. How many Falcon mains are out there compared to Ice Climber mains? Statistically speaking, there should be many more top-placing Falcons out there than IC's. Yet in the most recent example, EVO, there were 4 Falcons and 3 IC's in the top 25. Explain.

This is not an aggressive message, btw haha. I am actually looking to learn something new here.
