Melee Ranks Third at EVO Registration

Hey guys, I am sorry if this has already been said or has been put in the wrong place. With that said Melee ranks third only after Ultra Street Fighter 4 and Marvel vs. Capcom 3:

• Ultra Street Fighter IV – 1979
• Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 – 1014
• Super Smash Bros. Melee – 970

Considering a game as old as Melee is holding up so well against more contemporary games is always a good sign

In a way, its simply representing how big the community has always been in the past and until now. Street Fighter has been around much longer through many games compared to smash.

really wish that melee singles entrants reached 1,000, but it's amazing that we've come so far on the world's biggest fighting game platform.
