Megavitamin Sticker

So I don't know if you noticed, but one of the stickers is the Megavitamin. I know this presents a very small glimmer of hope for Dr. Mario's return (I love doctor mario, don't even start, it's all cape baby).

If you've found any other evidence of Dr. Mario's possible return, however slight, post it here.

Lol Frogla, that's so obvious, you don't even need to mention it! Dr.Mario has ZERO hope! The Megavitamins were part of a Nintendo game related to the Mario series, so they got a sticker. Dr.Mario will probably be an AT.
