Megaman buzz saw tech

I see alot of Magaman mains do the typical throw the buzz saw down and pick it up and try to get that 10%, or Z drop it on there opponent, but it seems to miss 80% against really good players. I believe the pick up saw game just destroys alot of your opinions when you can control your opponents movements by throwing it all different direction forcing them to make a move. The buzz saw can lead into alot of combos and keep combos going with just a simple angle throw, while also keeping pressure on your opponent. Tell me what do you think the pick up tech or the angle tech witch do you find better to use?

They both have their uses. Angled throws lead to the Mega Upper on hit and can be combo extenders if the opponent doesn't react properly. The slower travel speed of the standard throw also controls a space for longer.

I also like to throw it on the ground for mind games. If my opponent picks it up, then I can get super close and pester them with buster shots without fear of their standard attacks. If I pick it up, I can mind game them due to still being able to throw out fsmashes and buster shots.

Why not use both? Z dropping is really nice if they're recovering low. Picking up a metal blade and throwing it can lead to a back air too. Diagonal throws can lead to an up tilt or can cut off jumps to gimp people. Diagonal throws on stage isn't really safe against fast characters though because they'll just run under. You gotta mix up your options and be unpredictable with your metal blades.

Use both. When you have time to drop and pickup do it, if you don't have time just throw it at them.

Depends on the situation. Item MB does more damage and I like doing Zdrop combos the opponent doesn't expect them as much.
