Mega Man changes Patch 1.1.4

I have noticed that a full hop into falling up air on grounded opponents changed. Now you have to do it fast from the highest point of the jump. Before you could do it much later. But now it won't come out in time if you do it after the peak height.
Online it's buggy for me some games it doesn't even work properly. The change is for the better because now it always comes out perfect and it feels faster.

What causes this change though? I don't notice any other changes with up air only thing I can come to is that mega mans fast fall is faster this patch.

Can anybody confirm this?

Yeah I saw that. I use this all the time and its not the same. Come to think of it though I changed from smash stick to tilt stick so thats probably it. Tilt stick not messing with aerial momentum.. so thats why it was tighter timing now lol

Might be that. I know that with smash stick you kinda stops your momentum with your aerial, so because of that and cause of utilt, i use cstick to attack.
