Mediocre New Player in Chicago

Been playing for about 7 years, competitively been playing about 2 months. I live in the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago right off the Damen pink line. I need some good people to play against, because I usually beat all of my friends that I play with. I'm just looking to improve at much as possible.

I main Falco and Ganondorf, and I know some advanced techniques, and I know of techniques that I need training on.
