Also, I don't know a lot about Jiggs, but can IC not chain throw her/it? Maybe it was just the wifi (understandable).

Yes, IC can chain grab Jigglypuff. That's my next match going up lol. But yeah, the wifi was screwing with him. The first song was "The only living boy in New York" by Simon and Garfunkel
