MD5 code using the 3.6 builder on a mac ?

Hey guys ! Anyone getting the right MD5 code using the 3.6 builder on a mac ? I'm using the same builder as everyone, i'm using the right version of Brawl etc... but both me and one of my friend using a mac can't get the right MD5 code as the others. but the weird thing is that my friend and i still get the same code so we can still playing together. How could this be ? any mac player idea ?

It depends on the builder I'm using,
But yeah, I always get a different md5 code when I try a new builder.
I tried a new one yesterday, and it gave me the right md5 code but dolphin still say "game not found" while launching Netplay, but after that it runs fine and doesn't desync.
