The second installment of Cleveland Clash 2 Returns.

Cleveland Clash, a new Super Smash Bros., fighting-game, & retrogame tournament open to all regional gamers.

Where: Pilgrim Congregational Church, Main Gymnasium. 2592 W 14th St, Cleveland, OH 44113
There are 2 parking lots connected to the church and gym, and also free parking on the streets of the area.


Tickets / Venue: $7 (at door. Credit Card and Paypal payments accepted). By attending, you’re supporting Pilgrim Church, which runs a homeless shelter, community theater, and countless of other fantastic contributions to the Cleveland community

Singles: $5
Doubles: $10 per team

Schedule(times subject to move ahead of schedule):
10 a.m. – noon: Registration and check in available
12:30 p.m.: Melee Doubles and Smash 4 Singles Bracket
2 p.m.: Melee singles registration ends
3 p.m.:Melee Pools start
6-7 p.m.: Melee Pro Bracket

( Amateur Bracket and smash 4 doubles unlikely)

Melee Game Settings:
Stocks: 4
Time Limit: 8 minutes

Stage List Starter Stages:
Yoshi’s Story
Fountain of Dreams (singles only)
Battlefield
Final Destination
Dream Land
Pokémon Stadium (doubles only)


Counterpick Stages:
Pokémon Stadium
Kongo Jungle 64 (doubles only)

Additional Rules:
Stage Striking: Players eliminate stages from the Starter/Neutral list until there is one stage remaining. The player/team without port priority strikes first. Then the other player/team strikes two stages. Then the player/team with port priority strikes one more stage and the remaining stage is used for the first game of the set.

Stage Bans:
After each game of the set, before counterpicking, the player who won the previous game may ban one stage from either the starter or counterpick list. This rule is not in effect for best of 5 sets.


There will also be side retro events like Nidhogg, SF2, etc at this event as well. The banner at the top will have these featured games at this event.
