I'm serious here,
Luigi could be used for all of them except for D3, cause of D3s true chaingrab infinite

Pika is pretty good but the only area he matches luigi in KO effectiveness is in his thunder(or pika's headbutt, but who uses that?), and most of the characters pika can chaingrab luigi can already combo and rack up damage pretty well- especially for the likes of link, sheik, ganon, fox, CF, and Ike. Other than that I don't see any reason to also choose pika over luigi for characters like Zamus, Pit, Peach. As for the rest, Metaknight and Snake are always tougher matchups and it's really up to you which you feel does better and Pika is a pretty decent choice for them.
