I agree. This matchup is around 70:30 75:25 for fox because he gets Cg'd just as bad as falco, and is easier to grab. figuring Falco is harder to grab, but still suffers the CG, 35:65 sounds right.

Pikachu has a good recovery and his thunder attack that is good for edge guarding.
He also has a strong side smash good priority.
Falco has a reflector and good projectile and his side B is good for getting past Pikachu's Thunder if he try's to use it for edge guarding.
