I don't play many warios, but I was told that grab release running usmash is guaranteed.

I believe its aerial release.. not sure if you can ground release Wario and he'll have the same lag or stun or whatever.

Also, I too haven't played many Wario's I just know that he's got really great aerial mobility and you can't hit through his f-smash.

It can be, I personally don't stutter step it.

It can be backwards or forward, you dont even need to stutter step but I myself find it easier to stutter step forward and do a reverse fsmash.
