MasterHI 1v1 Videos please critique!

So, I got some 1v1's up, there just random so it's not my best. Sorry for the opponent, he is pretty bad but all I could find so I couldn't use moves that I would expect to happen. I'm meeting up with some better people so I should get better videos soon. Also other than my Marth, I just started Fox today, please tell me how I did with him, I would like to continue using him.

Also, the videos do not have sound, so if you want just put on music.

I can't really help you cause I don't play marth, but I do secondary fox, but Im horrible at giving advice. I have some videos up of my fox and my friends Marth here http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=94325
He's a pretty good Marth player. You may want to check them out and see if you can learn anything from those matches.

I cant stand watching marths and foxs,so many of them. I like a variety

for fox, simply work on your overall techique. Your waveshines mostly failed to work and your lack of shffling takes away from your overall speed and pressure. You should also dash-dance more, simply dash dance out of his range but close enough to run in and grab/shffl or whatever. You also don't punish his bad habits such as repeatedly coming down on you with a dair. You should dash dance out of the way and wait for him to land his dair and proceed to punish him in his lag. That's simply one example though. So just work on your techinque and punishing your opponents better.

I only watched the first marth fight and the first fox one so I'll go off of that.

In the marth fight I noticed that you charged alot of smashes while edgegaurding. Try to avoid that because they can predict when and what you are goin to try and attack with. Also spam more shffld fairs and neutrals. Makes you harder to hit... which is always good. Work on your timing for edgehogging. That goes for all your chars. in general. There were a few times when you could have rolled up and killed him but thats just a minor timing issue.

To improve your fox just shffl sex kicks into waveshines or jc-grabs. The shffld sex kicks into waveshines is a very good combo starter and does pretty good damage if you follow up with a usmash. Another thing was that you would uthrow then wait for an usmash right under him and he would usually dair you which hurts. Either uair or just wait for him to dair and then punish. Dont try and shinespike too much. A few times it looked like you were waiting for it when a dsmash or bair or something would have sufficed. If I missed anything I'm sure other will get it.
