I ACCIDENTALLY POSTED THE THREAD BEFORE COMPLETION. PLEASE GIVE ME A WHILE TO FINISH!

Dancing Blade is a very strong finishing move for Marth in Smash 4 with most of his kill options being not as reliable as they used to be. Through the use of proper set-ups and mix-ups, Dancing Blade can be one of Marth's most potent methods for dealing damage and finishing stocks.

The first hit of Dancing Blade has an interesting property where if you strike your opponent while right next to them it knocks them away whereas if you hit them from a distance it knocks them up. Ideally

The following is a graph of when all of the hits of Dancing Blade stop being true combos in training mode. All of the percentages listed are when the first hit of Dancing Blade strikes.

All of these are tested against Lucina in Training Mode unless specified otherwise. Lucina is used because she is mid-weight with a large hitbox. None of these percentages account for human DI.
