you have 2000+ posts and play like someone new to smash
marth's not a one hit wonder, he's a combo fiend, an opportunist. instead of just fsmashing, try using the faster set up moves.
sveet mentioned some. fair, utilt, uair are all really good against jiggly. and if you feel the need to fsmash out of nowhere, just ftilt instead, less lag. try to train yourself to stay away from overusing fsmash.

dont uair. it wont combo or juggle puff. only fsmash after a fthrow on bad DI. utilt will kill puff off the top fairly early (~90% on most stages iirc)
