marth upthrow uair

when I see top players as fox upthrow marth, it seems like the uair is so much more guaranteed.
The marth doesn't have an opportunity to jump or respond, but can only smash DI to get out.

When I play against a marth and upthrow, he always manages to get a jump out in the lower percents. Is this normal or am I just not doing it fast enough? Could someone give me the flowchart (upthrow, watch DI, full jump, uair) or like (upthrow, double jump asap and uair?) etc.

There's nothing to it, you just have to get the strict timing out. He should never be able to jump out from 0 to kill %.
