You should look around for the Brawl+ community inside the Brawl Workshop. I personally never go there, but there should be a couple of topics that help out people who need to improve their game in Brawl's code-modified extensions.

Plus, it's not that people are too lazy to critique, it's that there are character-specific forums for critiquing your Brawl gameplay. Posting videos here usually makes curious people check th videos, and writing "Critique me please!" will make people think your video is just an amateur one asking for ways to improve both competitor's games. No offense.
