I thought Marth couldn't combo anymore? He looks pretty good here.

The Roy is literally just taking it all in the butt. Either he's really bad or it's him faking hitstun.

It's pretty clear that Roy is not in hitstun. He had plenty of opportunities to break Marth's string and either didn't react quickly enough or pretended he didn't have time.

True combos require inability to act.

Roy is DI'ing in. That is what is happening. He couldnt save himself.

Marth isn't a combo character.
