Marth camping on the edge and moonwalk questions

I have a problem when I play Falcon (or pretty much any character without very accurate projectiles) against my friend's Marth. We don't play with time limits, and so he has developed a highly annoying "strategy" - when he grabs onto the ledge, he will stay there until I take the offensive and thus almost always get off a ledge attack. In most videos, such as this:

Good Falcons just run away and let the Marth get up... That doesn't work for me. I've waited minutes. He won't get up until I come in with a laggy attack (and most of the non-laggy ones don't hit people on the edge, so he knows it's a fake-out), then ledge attacks. I still always beat him, but you can imagine how annoying this is.

Is there any way to get the attack off on this sort of player? I have the most problems with Falcon, but strategies for everyone would be appreciated.

NOTE: Moonwalk questions are in my next post

Start playing with time limits.
Moonwalk -> reverse knee off the stage to hit him while he's on the ledge.
Dair him while he's on the ledge, then shieldgrab his ledge attacks if he gets up while you're dairing.
Reverse uair can clip him while he's on the ledge.

I forgot to mention - I can do pretty much any AT, so don't be afraid to prescribe those.

Unfortunately, I have no video recording setup right now, not even a cell phone. However, if Space's advice doesn't work, I'll be sure to get some footage... Some day.

Thanks!

EDIT: Perhaps I should have said, "Any AT but SHDL and moonwalk." I've been practicing the moonwalk for the past HOUR and it seems completely impossible. I do a tiny little slide, but I never get further back than where I started (meaning no edgehogging) and when I jump out of it, I see absolutely no difference. To moonwalk left, I'm not sure whether I should:

1. Do a half-circle
2. Take a straight line to down then another to left
3. Take a straight line to the bottom left
4. Do three, then go straight left

Which is right?

I managed to get edgehogging down with both 1 and 4 (although with 4, the first line, I think, goes a bit above the bottom left). Still don't know which is preferred, but I have a pretty good success rate for only about an hour of practice. When I get one, I tend to get a string of at least 3 or 4 in a row.

But my thumb hurts like hell now, and jumping out of the moonwalk still doesn't look too much different. A bit, though. Doing it out of a dashdance will also take a bit of work.
