Mario needs a few frames less ending lag on his tilts and probably U-air and F-air landing lag. I want these changes so his combos are not ridiculously character specific above anything else. They can increase the knockback on his U-tilt a bit if they want his juggles to not last as long from there. I just want reasonable damage combos that work on everyone that don't explicitly require me to end everything with Up-B.
It's not like Mario regains control easily when he loses it anyway. Everyone has a field day juggling him, and most characters not named Little Mac have some way to make life at the very least very annoying for him offstage, if not outright terrible. Sure, we probably were supposed to play this game with customs where custom Cape options solve a lot of problems for Mario, but I don't think it's unreasonable for me to believe that Mario's combos should be more consistently rewarding universally. Duck Hunt's negative state certainly isn't great, but as a whole, I don't believe the character has nearly as many problems or inconsistencies that need to be addressed.
