what is the best way to do mario's DAir into Uair..
Im having problems doing it.. is there a trick to doing it consistently?

Make sure you do a FULL (i.e. standing) short hop, not the shortest short hop (running/walking one).

I had some trouble learning to do this as well, and still have some problems Z-cancelling it. What input device do you use (N64 controller, keyboard, etc). If it's N64 controller like me, I found using the bottom c-button is the best button to do the jump with since after hitting it you can hit the A button immediately, which you will need to be able to do.

Once you get quick at that you should be beginning the dair as you are still going up in the SH. Spam up A during your dair animation of time it to do it straight after.

Z-cancel is practise, and I still have trouble with it :/.

From my exp., do a short hop and do a dair as fast as you can then do an uair just before touching the floor and z-cancel very quick. Just practice it. There's no secret, just be fast with the buttons

Learn the easy one first, then the harder one. He was asking why he can't do it, so if someone says "DO A FULL SHORTHOP" it implies to him that you can't do it in a running one.

So for the record, you can do it in both heights of shorthop.

The key is to dair IMMEDIATELY after leaving the ground, allowing you to uair right before you land. You'll have to learn the z-cancel timing for this as well, as you tend to have to press Z at the same time you press "A" for the uair.

Actually... while were at this.. does anyone know how to do both of jiggly's teleports exactly.. i do them often but i cant always do them on que. I cant figure it out the precise joystick movement.

The distinction doesn't lie between a running and standing short hop. The distinction is in the direction of the short hop. A short hop straight up - that is, with the stick resting at neutral - will give you the height you need to do the dair-uair much more easily. Such a short hop can be done out of a run, but it requires putting the stick in neutral at just the right moment.

Note that you can add horizontal movement to your jump wwithout affecting vertical height once you have left the ground, but it is important that the initial hop be straight up.

Fox and samus can teleport too.

If you're asking about the different methods for teleporting

While dashing forward,

Method 1: press back and then a c button a split second later

Method 2: press back and then up on the joystick (so it's like a big circle from forward to back to up).

Method 1 is easier to do for me. Method 2 lets you teleport upsmash or upb (which extends jiggs's teleport).

ive been trying to pull off jiggly's teleport+ dsmash and mario's dair+uair.. but just failing..
