I just wanted to remind you guys that you guys are awesome and I appreciate your participation in the Mario Discord :)

Purpose
The purpose of our Discord group is to gather Mario to have friendly matches, discuss Mario's meta game, strengths and weaknesses, and to discuss different match ups. The overall purpose is to socialize and interact with other members while at the same time improving our knowledge on Mario.

Why switch from Skype/Chatzy to Discord?
There are many reasons, the ones that stood out to me are:
  • Voice chat.
  • No lag between messages.
  • You can use it on a web browser without needing to create an account.
  • It's mobile friendly.

Rules
  1. No spamming in the text channels. There is a designated "#meme" channel where you are allowed to spam.
  2. Stay active. Non-active users may be kicked from our channel.
  3. Do not pose as other users. In other words do not change your name to someone else's.
  4. Do not flame, troll, or cause inflammatory arguments or distress.
Breaking the rules
  • If you break the rules you are either getting warned, kicked, muted, or banned as determined by the mods discretion.

Made a slight edit on the opening post.

I'm currently in the discord group. As the admin of the (now dead) Skype group, it's good and it's very well organized. There's also legit interaction with other character discord groups. I do highly suggest that if you want to talk about the meta, to join the discord group.

Once you successfully indicated that you wanted to join, a PM will be sent to you with an invite link.

Hey there, I dual main Mario and Luigi and I've been around for a while in the Luigi discord group, I thought I might as well ask for a permanent invite for this one!

I'm picking up the mustachioed Plumber as a secondary/co-main to deal with a few shoddy matchups. Would definitely be nice to discuss some stuff with you guys!

I'm a Wario main that also happens to use the red Plumber as a second main. I read the rules and I need some advice regarding some matchups, and I would appreciate everyone's help!
