Are you kidding? Maplestory characters haven't once appeared on any Nintendo system/game.
Although theres a rumor going around the MS on the DS is currently in production. You can't have have a MMORPG character in ssbb because their all different.

Well, maybe they should start putting them in. Or make a seperate smash-like game with the maple chars. I still stand by my idea

Ontopic: Never been on a Nintendo console, too generic, many more third parties with higher chances than them.
