Hi. New falcon main here (yes it WAS a long decision after going marth for so long). Anyway, with the best dash dance how can I make the best of it? Any tips for movement and for baiting out heavily grounded opponents?
And I know this isn't in the title, but besides the grab are there good grounded moves to perform that are good in the neutral game against these grounded players/characters (spammy Marths included)
Thanks.

Raptor boost ! It's the best move in the game, use it all the time.

captain falcon really has no especially good moves on the ground (besides raptor boost, but it's super easy to see coming). most of your approaches will be with shffl'd aerials. as for the spammy marths, run up shield wd oos works every now and then to set up combos (you may switch to spotdoges after a while once the marth catches on)

For the dash dance itself, get used to the timing of it. practice mixing up the dash dance timings and dash dancing one specific way (think mango's against armada at genesis)

learn how to empty pivot.

gentleman and jab can be good moves to use, gentleman is good pressure and decent in neutral, just not at low %, since it can be CC'd. Gentleman after a low knee on shield is awesome pressure. Ftilt is a good mix up to catch your opponent, and can be combo'd out of. Dsmash is a decent tool for option coverage during tech chases, and is usually harder to punish than raptor boost. Falcon Kick can be used like raptor boost when you want to have an active hitbox out, since raptor boost doesn't have a hitbox until he gets close enough to start his punch, and Falcon Kick also has slight pullback on it during startup, and the initial hitbox on it has decent KB, and can often hit them the opposite way, so it's helpful to do from ledge from time to time.
