Make Shine not crouch cancelable, or make falcos and foxes CCable

I know it was like this in 3.02 but it sucks to see all combos being ended just because shine is CCable.

Fox/Falcos shines are already CC-able.

Just double shine or shine grab and you'll beat people CCing your shine.

Learn how to shine-grab or multi-shine consistently.

If you notice that people are crouch canceling your shines just shine grab them or multi-shine them until they decide that they don't want to continue gaining percent, then just have the reaction times and awareness to capitalize when they actually are launched from the shine.

Wolf's shine being CC-able is justified for how good it is, you can waveshine fast-fallers like you were fox against floaties, and pillar into everything including one of the most powerful moves in the game making his combo's as deadly, or even deadlier than falco's. His shine is amazing.

Not to mention that just like CC-ing any other move there are other options, shine-grab, you don't even need to be able to multi-shine as double shine is good enough.

fox and falcos arent CCable. fox's because its angle is at the horizontal, and falcos because the BKB is too high.

how much frame disadvantage do you get form your shine being CC'd?
depends on who is CCing you. when you are CCed, the way to figure out your advantage/disadvantage is to first add together the empty landing lag for the character and the startup frames for their quickest CC move. then figure out the FAF for the shine (JCable on frame 4, multishine will come out on frame 8, shine grab on frame 11) and that determines who can act first. basically, with wolf, your opponent needs to have an attack that comes out quicker than 4 frames in order to beat out a multi shine. the only moves that are really going to do that are other shines, jabs, and some up bs.

while wolfs shine is indeed CCable, making him have this attribute allowed the dev team to expand his play in other areas. wolf has better CC options than the other two, arguably, with dsmash being a better kill move than theirs and fsmash having godly range. wolf also has better aerial mobility, and moves that cover a lot more range, like uair, bair (horizontally at least), all his smashes, and his dash attack. this makes him better at covering airspace, and allows him to deal more easily with characters that usually thrive off of dominating airspace. his kill options also appear at many varied points within his tool kit, possessing a full set of smashes that can all kill well at points, bair, fair, uair (off the ledge), dair, side b, and the much under experimented with up b kills. and hes heavier, and has a safer recovery compared to fox (recovery is way better than falcos). while the effectiveness of his kill options and such generally even up and compare with faclo and fox, i find wolf a far more interesting character whos a lot more fun to play against, and play as, since the dynamics of his tools arent slightly broken like the others' are, and that means that more thought has to be put into playing wolf and varying his options.
