Just wondering if there were any Nascar fans on these forums.

Hiemie Edit: Alright Race Fans, this topic is about racing. Foot races, car races, the Black Panthers, whatever.

I get into it from time to time, but not a huge fan (don't really have a fav. driver, just like watching for the sake of the sport ;) )
And a quick question, are indy car races televised? Don't think I've happened up one before...

I'm not a big fan of racing, but I do watch F1 from time to time. I followed it quite intensely at one point back in high school.

1. Those races in the 50's were on straight streches of land, not circles.
2. Dictionary.com defines a sport as
an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature
While the latter part applies to NASCAR, there is nothing athletic about racing.
