well, with the minus speed, he could be a trick room counter too, messing up teams that use trick room
Trick room teams typically abuse Curse and have the minimum speed IV, but you could try. Anyway, only major flaw is Starmie's item. If you're going to use a choice scarfer, I'd pick someone more powerful like Garchomp.

but starmie is a rapid spinner, life orb and rapid spin shouldn't mix...unless a recover move is involved

Just a few notes:

Lonely isn't quite the standard for Electivire. I mean it is but Adamant is a perfectly usable option. We already discussed this in another RMT but Adamant allows you to put all of your EVs into offense instead of splitting them. Thus, your Electivire can hit harder when it has killed Skamory or when Skarmory is not present on a team. Lonely OHKOS Skarmory while Adamant 2HKOs. Both are perfectly usable and it is entirely up to you which to use.

Stealth Rock should be replaced with Gyro Ball on Bronzong if you have no spikes/roar/whirlwind to use them with.

Togekiss should have
Nasty Plot
Air slash
Wish/Flamethrower
Thunder wave/Body Slam

Take advantage of the hax.

That's why I left flamethrower. The last slot can be used for ice beam. Wether you're using hax or just looking to inflict damage you should have nasty plot.

I think porygon would suit your team over togekiss.

Lonely IS the standard but it's perfectly fine to use Adamant. I think Lonely is the standard because:

1) Lonely doesn't lower Sp.Atk, which Electivire could use of it has Thunderbolt.
2) Lonely lowers Electivire's Defense. His Defense was already low, so this isn't a big loss.
3) The preferred nature isn't Naughty (Atk+ SpDef-) because A) Electivire's Sp.Def is already decent and B) Without his Sp.Def lowered, he can safely switch into Surfs and threaten the Water type that Surfed.

Oh yes, about the Togekiss moveset... Couldn't Roost be used over Nasty Plot? I mean, M4FD did say he needed a Special Wall.

yes. but with togekiss i gain another electric weakness which evens out with the 2 immune to electric

and adds a rock weakness but donphan resists rock

and one more ice weakness though, but it can take 2 ice beams while donphan can definitely take 2 ice punches

Notice I said "Lonely isn't quite the standard. I mean it is but Adamant is a perfectly usable option." I already explained Thunderbolt in my own post. It isn't like choosing a nature for some other pokemon where one is clearly better than the other. It's the players choice but I've already said all of this.

mood4food when you asked if you should be using Togekiss over Porygon I thought you meant if it should take is place as a special attacker. If you want a wall then you'll need a recovery move on Togekiss.

thinking about a breloom...hmmm
How about this?

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
Adamant (Atk+ SpAtk-) OR Jolly (Spd+ SpAtk-)
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP

Protect / Substitute
Spore
Mach Punch / Focus Punch
Seed Bomb

i got the standard breloom listed

i didn't know it was the standard until i went to smogon to look at the item to use...so i'm keeping it, it needs stone edge badly

who should i take out for breloom...i'm probably still gonna EV train a porygon-z and a donphan/weezing anyways

For Breloom, I'd get rid of Weezing or Donphan. They both look sooooooooo good, though... So I can't tell you which one to remove. :(

i might get rid of donphan cause breloom and donphan counter the same pokes...

would my team get better or worse with breloom...just asking

i might make him a back up too

it's also harder to counter breloom

spore punch FTW

well, i can do the breeding for you

i have a shroomish with nearly perfect IVs (well perfect for him)

i can trade you that, but with him, make sure you level him up to level 45 before you evolve him, it is a must (spore)

and i can finish a koffing, i need all the other pokes but electivire and the 2 i stated
