.m3u File Problems

I have a .m3u file that I want to use in an AMV, but I can't find a way to use it. If anyone has any free converter programs, please tell. Or another way to use this. I am using Windows Movie Maker to make this.

The .m3u file format stores information about a playlist - a series of songs.

There isnt actually any music in it. Try loading it up in a program listed in that wikipedia article (most major music players can handle it) and find out what music it is linking to.
