Luigi + Lag is NO! Luigi is probably in the top 10 characters that CAN'T work with lag. I mean Aerials can be just too easily dodged, u can escape jabs easily so that means a hrad time to jab grab or jab and punch jump, he is there even a character that works with lag better than without it? I guess no but Luigi with lag is jusr horrible. Oh and one more thing. BUTTON LAGG. It's worse than lag, it's ****ing button lag...thatz just frustrating, I mean in a key moment buttons react too late...hate u lag >:o

yeah, I agree. Luigi really seems to have more of a problem playing well with online lag compared to a good amount of the other characters. No johns though, I still play it anyway

What kind of lag? cause either way, lag =/= competitive brawl. I can play wifi as long as there is no lag, no input lag ( around 1-3 seconds of input i can still play well). Im more of a wifi player than offline cause of how gay noob friendlies are here =/

I think he means input lag, and how important it is for luigi to be spot on with different inputs and stuff.

Fix your lag. I haven't played anyone in North America with any considerable latency issues since port forwarding the Wii. I cannot recommend it enough. It's vital. Vital I say!

Yeaah. But sometimes I get to cocky with it and lose my temper over the lag -.- Like I'm mashing the button twice and I'm accidently doing like 2 utilts by mistake >.>

It really depends who I'm playing with anyways, I play people from idaho or whoever was in middle and sometimes alot of cali people so it should be kays for me.

i m ready to be flamed but im very satisfied with luigi lag playing ... why? ok so my cousin mains ike he tries to approach me using his rd i just roll then he tries to com in from the air i just spotdodge to shoryuken WORKS ALLWAYS i dont know i just find it easier to shift my style from agressive aerial playing to a defensive playing

Luigi is not too bad online if you know how to time his jumps right and not mash a lot of buttons, (seems to be one of a few weaknesses of getting use to online). But yea, he's not the best online player but some chracters got it bad like Ness for example, to use his Up-B right online is extra hard compared to Luigi. However, if you use Side-B too many times it could mess up your timing when you want to jump, use Down-B to recover, or to press Up-B at the right moment.

Then again, I didn't have internet for a long time, so I guess I forgot that fealing like before.
