Lucina Fsmash?

Is it just me or did this move become extremely powerful at some point? I don't play too many lucinas, but I've been killed by the fsmash at early %s quite a bit. I use falco, who I know is somewhat light, but this move has been killing me around mid 80s uncharged from centerstage. To be honest I'm not sure of exactly how much rage the users have when using them,I only know that it was never above 100. I was hella surprised when I lost my tournament stock three days ago to one at 87%, even when I wasn't at the edge. To give me some ideas, is this move say, stronger than falcon's fsmash? Was it only buffed in the latest patch? Is my DI that bad?

It's an evened out version of Marth's knockback wise, so yeah it's bound to kill pretty early compared to literally every other move she has (except Shield Breaker).

Also rage is a factor too.
