Alright, I looked around a lot and I don't see one person who talks about using Lucas' stick to reflect projectiles.
I use it all the time. It seems to be almost as quick as Mario's cape. Against Toon Link and Wolf, I know for sure, that if I reflect the first projectile and I know they will shoot again I will have time to get the bat off again, even right next to the player.
I wish I had footage of this, but I did it to my roommate standing right in front of him. (Yea, he could have done a different attack, but was being stubborn. "I will hit you!" )
I use it against Mario and other characters that spam and then run at you. It not only reflects it back into them, but sometimes they get the bat and the fireball in their face.
I'm also pretty sure that it cancels Zelda's fire orb, though who would want to get rid of all that extra healing?
Any thoughts?
Also, in case you didn't know, during ANY frame of the fsmash animation it will reflect. (Well, maybe besides a couple at the beginning and end. I just mean that if the stick is out, it will reflect)
