Hopefully not.

There's a difference between Ness and Lucas.

Yes, and there are many other reasons why Ness should stay.

Because they're both PK users. And Lucas' PK moves are kinda
different, effect wise.

They're both from the Mother series.

we dont know. it's possible but i honestly doubt it.

there shouldnt be any clones. but Luigi isnt a clone of Mario. It isnt impossible to give Ness a new moveset, and the only thing that is the same are 3 of the 4 special moves. his smash attacks are totally different.

1: Yes, Lucas looks like a better version of Ness, I would be happy with Ness gone.

2: Prolly because it looks hard to turn Ness into a different character.

3: Yes, Ness is annoying, and I hate Ness fanboys.

4: Hard to make him a new moveset.... I mean, Lucas has his moveset, so why do we need Ness? Other people can do his job better.

He's only got two moves left, there's no way he's getting a new moveset.

Because it makes sense, those moves were never Ness's in Mother 2 anyway, nor are they Lucas's in Mother 3, meaning, those moves don't belong exclusively to any of the two.

Fighting Porky in different times.

1.) I'd say not, with the minor differences it their B moves, the major differences in their A moves, and a different grab, they seem different enough.

2.) Not really, more like Luigi and Mario.

I don't feel like answering the rest, seem kind of redundant.

There's a difference between Ness and Lucas.

Luigi isnt a clone. last time i checked. he was a luigified version of Mario. Sakurai said he would try to eliminate clones. he also said The game would come out on December 3rd.

you never know. I'd kinda like a clone or two. the game just wouldent seem right without it. Compared to Melee that is.

Personaly. I wouldent be suprised if Ness came back with a new moveset.

It looks like in this game, with defenseive attacks and counters. It sorta works in one direction.

ex:I hear that Ikes counter only works in the direction your facing? maybe? i dunno.

Lucas' PSI Magnet clearly faces in one direction.

the only real exception for this is Shine. seriously guys. its a hexagon. it surounds you. thats the point of it being a shape.
