Lucario's Aura colour

Lucario's Aura has two colours. One of these is located in FitLucario.pac which controls the colour of the outer part of Aura Sphere, the trail behind ExtremeSpeed, and some minor amounts of the rest of the aura.

Where are the other value(s) located for the rest of the aura? I can't seem to find them.
