Megaman for Capcom. Chainsaws for Brawl? I think not. Guns were too violent for Snake, so why would a guy with chainsaws make it in? Dr. Salvador from Resident Evil 4 is first choice for Capcom chainsaw-wielding people too.

My FAVORITE Darkstalkers character, right before Morrigan.

Sadly he has no chance. Also, no Nintendo console appearance I believe, the only DS character with a Nintendo appearance is Morrigan.
