My bad link2man, the way you worded your statement made it seem like you didn't understand what teh umby said. Come to think of it, I don't usually play dittos. Only dittos I've done were with shiek back in melee. It would get repetitive for me to see the exact moves I have used against me.

Sonic dittos between:
- crappy Sonic players (aka non-Sonic mains and normal fanboys)
- campy Sonic players who don't know the matchup (some Sonic mains and above-average fanboys)

are the worst.

for the first case, neither of them know how to KO each other, and they're busy chasing after each other all the time, or spamming spindashes, missing, etc.

for the second case, they're both running away from each other and don't know what moves beat what, so they're camping for moves that they're not really even sure about lol.

I had some really enjoyable Sonic dittos with someone last week against someone on AiB who goes by "Blazing Katakiri". Both of us were reading each other and punishing our sloppy moves and counter-reading. It was pretty cool stuff. I thought he was gonna be a nooby Sonic, but he actually knew about spin cancels and used them pretty well as feints/baits, and had some pretty nice D-smash usage.

Crazy mindgame wars lol.

I then used a mix of his tricks and my own and 3stocked darkNES a few times <3
