Looking for someone who is better than me to train with

I just started playing melee competitively for about a month, already been to 2 tournaments and got smacked at both of them, none of my friends are good at the game so I'm mostly fighting with cup's.

Just looking for someone i can play with at least once a week just to get better, I'm a luigi main.

I live in SoCal, Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley
