Looking for Project M 3.6 ISO Builder (NOT NETPLAY)

I would really appreciate the help. I'm wanting to update the version I have on my Wii. It can't read disks anymore so I'm forced to use ISOs to load it up. I'm needing a full ISO to boot from my Wii so I can use it as a tournament set-up again (it's still working with a 3.5 ISO build).

I've personally used BrawlBuilder by person66 for just about everything thus far. It unfortunately does not build BrawlEX files, but Project M 3.6 performs well.
