you might want to start a social group called Insider2 members or something, and then put a link to it in your signature and invite people you recognize to join it. that way when people see you post and they see your signature, they can join without your asking them if they go to insider2. you can do the same with your signature at the other forum(?) and then you dont have to advertise too badly.
