the game was not released yesterday. didnt you hear that many people got their copy of SSBB a day or two before its intended release date? thus hes had at least a few days to play around with the game and form an opinion of it. it is just his opinion after all. when you buy it, then you can form your own opinions, but to be honest, ive seen the game played (a friend of mine has a region 2 Wii and he imported the game) and even though it looks awesome, it really does look like Melee 2.0 (all i saw him play was SSE). too much time seems to have been spent on the single player/SSE and not enough time was spent on adding new combat mechanics or on adding more/better characters. that being said, im obviously looking forward to the 9th and im definitely going to get and enjoy this game for months to come.
