If you're gonna cheese, go to Arena Ferox. I can't tell you all how many people I've cheesed with high percent f/bthrow combos after missed wall techs. We're talkin' full blown kill combos off of offscreen walls. Not to mention wall spikes.

Ferox is my favorite 3DS stage for Charizard for these exact reasons. Plus with all the walls to bounce off of we can potentially live even longer

I managed to see the full effect of the Down Tilt windbox, it's pretty decent and has some good push back. I saved the video and uploaded it to Youtube. I don't have any video editing software so I just uploaded the entire video via the Wii U. Skip to about 00:15 secs in to see it:
