Links final smash canceled?

I was playing with a few of my friends and i caught Wario in my final smash, another one of my friends, a Jigglypuff, used an f-tilt before i started slashing Wario, and the triforce disappeared and i stopped! (I was also playing on pictochat if it helps)

What the hell just happened? I thought that once a final smash hits, it can't be stopped. (with the obvious exception of pit)

Hmm, seems unprobable, glitch perhaps. You're unlucky, and lucky at the same time for discovering this. Atleast it needs an "outside" source to stop. Nice find, hope we get to the bottom of it -.O

Also Wario was a little bit behind me when it hit, but i don't think that has anything to do with it. At least I don't have to deal with this much. I'm not even a link main.
