Can anyone double laser from the ledge and then DI to an edge cancel and repeat?
Is it even useful? The lag may take too long and the top laser won't hit but they won't be able to jump. I can do it once in a while but it may just be a waste of time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think lasers are ledge cancellable. I think you'll end up falling into oblivion. =\

It is possible. For example, if you are on the left side of Final Destination, you drop-jump-DI right-double laser-DI left to hit the edge- hold left to fall and grab the ledge

Can we get confirmation on this from someone else? I don't want to call you a liar, but I've botched enough LHDL's to know that Falco doesn't grab on when he's shooting.

ok, well.... basically I live in a small town with no major smash players. Plus, I don't have a camera but I suggest you give it a try. Just do a short hop laser while at the edge making sure you are facing the stage. Then hold the direction to get you off. Make sure you hit the ground and that your gun is still out when you hit it.

I could be wrong... I'm not calling you out or anything, I've just never seen this done. I'll mess with it when I get home.

In the mean time, where the hell is Scotu?

Oh yeah, I don't care. It's kinda sketchy but yeah....
And who is Scotu? I don't normally post on smashboards so I don't know anyone. I'd rather just look up stuff or play Smash.

Yes, you can.

It'll probably be included in my next video, which is mostly falco fancies.

Live and learn. Can't wait to see it in action.

Edit:

So are you saying I can LHDL, grab the ledge instead of land on stage, and then LHDL again?

'Cuz that sounds all sorts of sexy...

Nope, what he's saying you do is yo u LHDL onto the stage, but before you land on the stage you sort of DI away from it so that you land on the very tip of the stage then you slide off and repeat. Check out Phanna's video on ledge cancelled aerials, just check his threads

Phanna, thanks for being great.
Does anyone think it would have an actual use in gameplay?

Wow, Phanna, do you actually incorporate fancies into your game play? Are there any that are useful to learn, because I'm a fast learner(Learned to SHFFL in 30 minutes last week, lol).

I think a LCLHDL might have it's uses, but I think SHL is quicker. If you are facing an opponent who's is good at powershielding or throws in the unexpected shine then LCLHDL would be worth a shot.
