Did you try it with the small image? It looked to me like there was a lot of extra empty space at the top.

You could also try resizing it to a few different sizes as well as cropping. Can't guarantee it'll work but it has helped some of mine look a bit better before.

It seems to be that the image has have equal length & width,or the width can be higher than the length(but not vice versa.)Which means I'm stuck.Oh well.
