Leon Kennedy to be in Brawl?

Friend sent me that link today. Don't know if anyone addressed this already but I checked the imdb and researched a bit. The guy who does Tekken's Kazuya voice is credited on there too but we can't have Tekken characters in this game. So my theory is that they are being credited for doing these characters because the ones they are doing for brawl are unannounced at the moment. But there is still a possibility of Leon being in brawl.

Resident Evil 4 is an amazing game. It's really brilliant on so many levels.
But I can't say I'd be keen on having Leon as a 3rd Paty character when we could have Megaman or Geno in his place.
I'm hoping it ain't so, and I'm pretty sure I'm right. But who knows?

Now, if it was the Merchant that were playable, that'd be another story...
