Legacy XP 2.0 and the missing RSBEXP.gct file

Well ... this is simple but stupid.today i download the Legacy XP files for wii (on USB Loader), so i was looking for a tutorial to install it, but i noticed something, the RSBEXP.gct is not there. Do someone have the same problem, or it was a download error?. In any case, can somebody give a link to download just the code?, i don't want to download everything again just for one file (btw, sorry for my bad english)
