Laughable characters in Brawl

List a character that you would seriously laugh at, if he/she/it arrived in Brawl.
These characters can be as unlikely as you want.
For me, it'd be Colin from Twilight Princes.. I mean hey, we see him with a sword and shield, and I suppose I'd expect him to play out like Young Link,
So, anyone?

If is was wow i'd say Tingle, and WTF probaly Tingle again.
