Lotsa Zeldas lately.
Zelda = The new Gannon on basic brawl :awesome:

Yeah, the "love sessions" happen very often, and I'm usually the Zelda that takes part. Of course I'll only ever sit with someone if they're a Link, Ike, Pit, Falcon, and especially Marth. <3

And they have to be a really good player. Last night I actually spent 2 hours battling alongside an AMAZING Ike.

I also play out the part of being a diva. Guys have to treat Zelda the way she is. She is a princess for heaven sakes. Act like a prince and I'll let you sit beside me.

I also have sat with the girls, being Peach, Zamus, Jiggs, or another Zelda.

It's all quite silly, but it makes the game very entertaining haha.

The Christmas crash

Whenever I play, every other freaking person is a crasher. :C
Tonight has been an especially easy night to crash taunt parties. I have turned several into free-for-alls as they should be. I suppose most of the taunters I would run into were told to go to bed or Santa would not arrive. ;-)

I love to mess with those 'couples'. Like, being in the middle and slowly separating the two (specially with Wario and his side taunt, nobody can resist dat ***..) then they start grabbing me, I grab them back and start pummeling. "OH NO YOU DIDN'T!" (2v1 ensues) :smash:

Haha yeah that happens a lot. If my man is any good, he'll usually own the jealous nub. Sometimes they're pretty good though. Characters fight for me a lot. I mean a lot lol, I love it.

Try Wario's other move

Wario's uncharged Down+B is an even better way to ruin that "romantic moment." ;-)

Usually when I play in Basic Brawl and or Team Battle I do it to relax and when in the mood us characters I want to improve on. I do detest when players with items join or are causing major lag where the game doesn't register your commands. When it comes to items the players are real good at picking the most broken ones in the game. Especially the explosive ones. Ever since I got the game on its release when it comes with explosive items I have the worst luck; they always spawn right near me and I'm always in the middle of an attack and the explosion ends up KOing me as a result.

Ive run into noobs who have their bumper item set on high and I know everyone knows this but those things kill you at early damage and are just plain annoying when trying to recover.

I have not ran into any hackers on basic in awhile. The last time I was in a room with a hacker we went to Home run contest. I think the only way to live there after sudden death is to be Snake and his nades and C4 after sustaining high amounts of damage.

Yes I know that. That is why I said Snake is the best character for that stage, because after you are sent flying you can always make it back. Even if the ground dissapears and you fall endlessly Snake can pull a grenade and hold it so that he rides the explosion back to ground level. Sorry if you misunderstood or something.

I use Peach a lot in Basic Brawl and I think when they do stuff like that is kinda creepy. Girls aren't the only ones who use female characters and not in just this game but any game. Usually when I join a Basic Brawl I mostly relax and I don't join in in taunts or whatever they do. I fight if I get a wise guy that constantly attacks me. Plus when it is those 3vs1 matches I don't join unless whoever is the basher is attacking me but if anyone else gets in the way they take damage or get KOed. I only encounter a 2vs2 in Basic Brawl once. The 1vs1 while 2 sit back I enjoy those and I just watch. If I'm the fighter I have fun with it since 60% of the time it is a decent player.

I do agree those romance Basic Brawls are hilarious.

I just see the romance as harmless role-play whether or not the people behind the characters are both male or female. :p Peach x Zelda x ZSS and snake x falcon ftw
For Easter we should get everyone to use Yoshi and throw eggs in basic brawl. :awesome:

Valentine's Day - Pink, white or red for colors
St. Patrick's Day - Green
Easter - Yoshi all day
4th of July - Red and Blue
Halloween - Dark colors
Christmas - Red and Green

That's as far as colors go. As for items i'm thinking for Valentine's day we use Lip's stick, Cracker Launcher for 4th of July, lots of food for Halloween and Crates for Christmas since one of them looks like a present and maybe the Party Ball (which can also be used for New Years).

If a majority of those items are being used in a basic brawl during the holidays then we know who we are.

Christmas just passed though, it's gonna be a while xD

Next one coming up is Valentines day! We can also do the couples thing like PeachxMario, LinkxZelda, IkexMarth, etc. :D

Peach's utilt for the signal!
Peach's up tilt is epic when calling your "lover" over haha.

Yeah on christmas I was on basic brawl lol. And I walked with a present from Yoshi's Island over to my Marth lover :p he accepted haha.

Come to think of it, every now and then I do see a red Peach and a red Marth being a couple and if you get near them they grab and throw you away or will both try to gang up on you. They do that even if you get knocked away to them.

Error 10201 always in Spectator Mode

The latest trend I have noticed in the last several days only indirectly involves Basic Brawl or Team Battle. Every time I attempt to spectate a match, I am booted offline with error 10201. Perhaps Nintendo can't find any matches worth watching for us. Based on matches I've been in lately, I can't say I blame them.

Well spectator mode, IIRC, is just a bunch of old replays sent to Nintendo. And since they don't recieve them anymore then.....meh.

I am pretty sure we are talking about the same hack. If you are fortunate enough to go to HRC stage with Snake you might know what I'm trying to say.

As per the spectater thing, Nintendo fixed it. Also pretty sure spectater consists of live matches or matches that happened that day.

I am glad it works now. In fact, I recently spectated one of my own matches! It wasn't from the same day though, but it was from a day or two back.

There was something wrong with spectator mode? Guess I should check it out now.....
