last hope for wifi

i need help i have tryed everthing and i cant get any good answer i can get wifi and i need help......... i have my SSID and i dont know if my WEP key is right. but i need everthing eles like my Auto-Obtain IP adress. this is my last hope. if any one could help me i think it would be one of you guys. i have dell i dont know if that helps.

call the Nintendo hotline (1-800-255-3700). They will help you step by step to get your online working. After that, it shoudl be easy to fix anythign by yourself
