Lag issues.

anyone else suffering from lag and the wrong inputs like trying to do side-B but end up doing an Up-B ?

Lag is inevitable but for the most part the online is great. However I do sometimes side-B instead of Up-B and it can't really be helped when playing on the 3DS. That issue will get resolved when the Wii U version releases

Wrong inputs on moves is something that just takes practice to avoid doing.

Also I don't have any lag problems. I get it every now and then but no enough to consider it a problem

I had the same problem. Turns out that my wifi network was on the same channel as everyone else in my apartment. Switching channels fixed it for me. I still haven't hit 10 posts(Yeah, I know I'm not cool... yet) so I can't provide links. But awful wifi connections are pretty common. Searching around can lead to finding a few troubleshooting guides.

However, even with perfect conditions net play still seems to suck. It's better than Brawl was, but, that's not saying much.
