Lack of smash DI might be good.

I just realized multihit jab finishers were likely put in as the result of the removal of SDI.

Without SDI a lot of moves will actually work. That's a good thing in my book.

ull have to post a video of proof cuz i heard pro say they can'tDI out of the infinits
That's going to be difficult to provide. But it works in the same way in Brawl, in which you can't standard DI out of Smart Bombs, but you can get out of attacks. Presumably because Smart Bombs hit 60 times a second (or some combination of a lower rate of attack and "no DI" hitstun frames or something) while infinite jabs hit much less rapidly.

Alternatively, we could of been playing two different versions. It's a fact that the tournament and Best Buy games played differently.

Smash without DI? Mixed feelingz

I really like DI, its one aspect of smash that sets it apart from other fighters.
It makes ya feel like, with enough willpower, you can overcome a powerful blow.

Its like in some early fighting games, to execute a strong attack, you held down the button slightly longer. The button would naturally be held down longer if you started smashing the buttons in rage, but it made the player feel like their rage was flowing through their hands and into the game to make their punches stronger.

DI is still in the game just smash DI seem to be out so we aren't becoming nearly helpless like in 64.
